One phone can involve two agreements
Read the airtime and the device paperwork side by side.
Find the documents.
A phone arrangement may combine airtime with a separate repayment agreement. Check the provider named on each document, the duration and what happens if you change the mobile service.
Understand an upgrade.
An upgrade is not always a simple handset exchange. It can involve a new commitment, settlement of an old balance or conditions about returning a device. Ask for written confirmation before relying on the word upgrade.
Treat seasonal headlines carefully.
A Black Friday description does not explain the complete obligation. Examine the ongoing terms, temporary extras, device condition and cancellation conditions. This information website carries no current promotions or sales arrangements.
Check responsibility.
The mobile provider, handset manufacturer, retailer and finance provider can have different roles. Use the appropriate official route for repairs, faults, account security or repayment questions. We cannot represent any of those organisations.
Confirm before acting
